But I have been on a steady diet of all the M/M fiction --and manga-- I can possible adore along the way. Working my way through "FAKE" and ordered the first volume of "Crimson Spell", and of course all the Dreamspinner books. They keep having sales and I keep throwing money at them for more, more, more! I've also been living for Thriftbooks. I love books. I love them. That's why I write.
So I've actually not been working on "Scandalous" much. This is actually the longest I have have access to a computer in a while, so it's the first I've been able to work at it. Still on my mind, of course, and I've got a few more pieces of songs for them, too. Been working on a few starts that have come to me along the way.
The project that has gotten the most attention right now? The story I'm working with my friend Sinclare. Clare and I have been friends for a long time, and I have enjoyed writing with her again. So far, the story has no name, but we have been passing it back and forth for a while now. At last count we have over 36,000 words, together. It should be amazing, f we ever get to a point were we want to ease out of it. So far, so good, and we have no real destination in mind for it yet. We did make some awesomely compelling characters, though. Mine is sort of a gentle giant, hers a half-feral cat, so it has certainly been most enjoyable to work with them.
I'll try to do a little better at keeping you guys up to date on my life, alright?
Laters,
Lulu
